Course Overview

Master English to unlock global opportunities and academic achievement.

At ABC London we provide three separate types of English teaching: English for IELTS Exams; Business English; and Art English. We can provide one-on-one tailored tutoring, or teaching in small groups, and because of the flexibility of our courses, some of our students combine IELTS training with Business or Art English to suit their interests.

If you are interested in learning English with us please send an enquiry – we would love to help you work out which course is best for you. We will also provide international students with visa application support for up to 11 months of professional teaching.

Available English Courses

IELTS Training

  • We provide expert training for the British Councils IELTS Training, covering both General and Academic English.
  • The IELTS test system provides globally recognised English qualifications and are the most popular way of certifying language proficiency.
  • Our tutors have decades of experience examining for the IELTS tests, and are currently employed as IELTS examiners by their British Council exam centres.

Art English

  • This course introduces the UK’s museums and galleries, providing fluency with the British art world. Students will be given the opportunity to explore past and current UK exhibitions and artists.
  • The course utilises the UK’s exceptional collections of international art, with trips out if studying on campus.
  • Our tutors in Art English have professional experience in the fields, and many have taught at renowned institutions such as the University for the Arts London (UAL).

Business English Level 3

  • Duration: 11 months
 
  • Entry Requirements: UK GCSE or Equivalent / or working experience

  • Pre-course online interview by ABC staff

  • Age: 18+

Mr. Joe

IELTS Speaking and Writing

With 25+ years of experience, Mr. Joe is an expert in IELTS Speaking and Writing. A certified TESOL and DELTA instructor, he has taught at UCL, UAL, and served as a senior IELTS examiner.

Ms. Elizabeth

English Language and Exam preparation

Former IELTS examiner and youth English training manager at the British Council, Ms. Elizabeth has taught at UCL and the University of Warwick, with deep expertise in academic English and exam preparation.

ABC London’s Reading Club is a global endeavour designed to help students improve their English through engaging and interactive reading sessions. Open to learners everywhere, the club supports language development, builds confidence, and fosters a love for reading in English.
