These days the competitive world of retail management requires managers to be multi-skilled and knowledgeable in a variety of areas in order to ensure that the business remains profitable and has potential for growth. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the world of luxury retail in just 10 weeks.
Luxury products can range from cars and motorbikes to perfume and watches, however one factor remains constant; whichever product may be on offer, luxury retail always aims to offer the best of the best in the marketplace. Rolex, Cartier, Rolls Royce – the list of companies continues to grow.
Aim and Progression
The course is ideal for those searching for a career change, wishing to enter high-end retail management, or aspiring managers who already work in consumer-facing roles and are looking for progression in their careers.
Throughout the duration of the course students will be taught the competencies required from the modern manager, so as well as being an ambassador of a brand, the course will include human resource management, marketing, sales, supply chains, and much more.
The course is taught by experienced tutors, many that have backgrounds in luxury management. With use of bespoke materials, key case studies, invitations to hear speakers, students will gain a thorough insight into the world of business management in the luxury retail markets.
At the end of the course, students will feel confident in developing marketing plans, reading financial management reports and producing advertisements for recruitment. Additionally, students will be confident in their ability to sell products successfully, as well as being able to train staff these selling techniques to gain improved profit margins.

Full time – 2 weeks Monday to Friday
Part Time – 2 evenings per week 6pm to 8.30pm over 12 weeks
